Universal Optical assures that the products that we are selling are genuine and have been through our quality assurance checks before sending it out to you.

What forms of payment does Universal Optical accept?

We currently use PayPal as our main payment gateway for all credit card purchases. and cash payment on store pickup orders.

Are my payments secure?

When users are directed to PayPal’s website and are asked to input sensitive information such as credit card information, PayPal uses SSL encryption to ensure that this data is protected. While visiting an SSL encryption web page, a lock icon will appear at the bottom of your browser. Users can click on this lock icon to learn more about our site and the measures that PayPal is taking to ensure their privacy.

How do I check the status of an order?

After each successful order, an order note will be sent to the registered email. If there is any update to the order, the update will also be sent to the registered email. Apart from that, you will be able to log in through our website, under “my accounts” to view the order history.

Which countries do we ship to?

How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?

After each successful order/payment, we will process the order within 1-3 working days, the delivery order will be arranged and notified to the customer within 3-5 working days.

can i return the product?

You may only return the item if it is defective or damaged within 14days from receiving the order. Do send to us photos for us to evaluate before shipping back the product.

What is the shipping return?

If you have received a damaged or defective goods, you may ask for a return of the item. if we have determined that the goods is damaged by shipping or manufacture, we will process the return order. customer will be required to pay for the shipping fee or visit any of our outlets to process the return.

Mandatory

For all return processes, we will require validating the proof of purchase via the online account or printed receipt.

In the unlikely event that your return is invalid

Our customer service will notify you before sending it back to you.

Return value.

Our return policy will allow you to have a 1 to 1 replacement of the same product or any other product, no refunds in cash value will be given if the product value is lower than the original product.
